Friendly staff, small but perfect room, close to attractions, very quiet area, enjoyed the spa.

The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was superb, close to various tourist sites and conveniently near a mini market and metro station. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and varied.

Couldn't stay longer. This city is so wonderful and there's just so much to see and do.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. We experienced this first-hand when we had an accident and needed to go to the hospital. The receptionist went above and beyond, arranging a taxi for us and ensuring that all the staff were aware of our situation. It was such a relief to have their support during a difficult time.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to Paris Beauvais airport. Additionally, the receptionists were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful service throughout the stay. The spa was cozy and the shower in the bathroom was spacious and modern, offering high-quality amenities. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of good quality products available.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin, allowing for noise from adjacent rooms to be heard easily, which could be unsettling for some guests.

my room was quite small, especially when it came to storing luggage. Additionally, there were maintenance problems like a broken toilet seat and non-functioning phone and safe, which were not addressed despite my requests.
